• There are 3 ways to use the device: Fingertips massage, Head massage, and Local massage.

• 1. Fingertips Massage:
• Grasp the device with one hand, spread the fingers of another hand, and place the fingertips on the teeth of the device, stay for 3-5 minutes.

• 2. Head Massage:
