Due to its optimal size, which is suitable for single servings, the Dandiya is perfect for frying entire.
Shallow frying can be done easily in any typical frying pan that most people have at home. However, you can use this recipe with any fish you prefer.
I've personally tried it with another fish called Gunther, which is big and needs to be sliced into smaller pieces (known as Dother in Urdu).
