Warm up a pan. As it seals the liquids in the shami kababs, make sure it's nice and hot.
Defrost the Shami Kababs by removing them from the freezer.
Put a few drops of oil in a skillet, add the kababs, cover it with a lid, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low heat.
When they are golden brown, place them on tissue paper and add oil.
